Affidavit Filed With Transcript Of Obama's Grandmother "He was born in Kenya"

As many people know, the lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's nation of birth filed by attorney Phillip Berg was dismissed, eventhough Barack Obama by judicial admission, confirmed that he is ineligible to run and serve as President because he was born in Kenya.

The matter has now proceeded to the United States Supreme Court.  An affidavit has been filed by a Ron McRae, Residing Bishop Continental Presbytery of Africa, attesting to Barack Obama's grandmother, in Kenya, confirming that Obama was born there.

In addition, an Hawaii judge has set a hearing on the issue of producing Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth" allegedly missing from the records in Hawaii.  However the hearing is not set until November 18.
