What a Sick, Twisted, Slickly Edited Sliver Of History Will Say To Young Voters Unless They See Things In Full Perspective?

I am fuming.  I just saw this contrived doctored sliver of history being exploited to convince young voters that this is their time and Obama is their man.  Please warn every young person you know.  Remind them when the boom in bomb shelters happened.

You see, Ike won the war and made our nation safe (not to mention the rest of the ENTIRE WORLD).

The inexperienced Kennedy stumbled and nearly brought us into nuclear war and did indeed stagger us into Vietnam.

Ike's V.P. and ultimate successor, Nixon, ended the war.  Kennedy's V.P. and ultimate successor got us so bogged down in the war we nearly tore the nation apart trying to decide how to end it.

But these things are conveniently left out of this Obama montage up on Youtube.

Don't let this feel good propaganda take our future down the wrong path.  Tell young people what these phonies are up to.

But in the meantime don't forget to remind each other how to "duck and cover".

Obama's got it figured out.  All he has to do is "cover" his tracks with part of the story he wants you to hear, and then "duck" out when it comes to reminding people about the very scary results that followed the portrait in that partial picture Obama paints.

Obama Campaign: Wheels Coming Off?

Day after day the glamor of Obama is fading as he botches speeches, flip flops on his positions, backtracks from statements he made on the record and increasingly demonstrates that he is untrustworthy, naive and inexperienced.

Take a look at this video.  It is just the latest example of what may be the beginning of the wheels coming off of the Obama campaign.

"Put down your guns or you will be killed" Gun Owners WAKE UP!! Where Is The Outrage Over Herald Leader Op-Ed?

Yesterday I reported on the outrageous comment made by Tom Eblen in the Lexington Herald Leader that eventually somebody is going to kill uncompromising defenders of the Second Amendment in order to take their guns.

When Hillary made her ill advised comments about the assassination of Robert Kennedy the world went nuts.  When Mike Huckabee made his foolhardy comment at the NRA convention (which I was the first in the nation to report) that a backstage noise was Obama hitting the floor when a gun was pointed at him, Huck had to make repeated public apologies.

But when the author of an Op-Ed piece in The Lexington Herald Leader issues a warning that unless we who defend the Constitution (absolutists he calls us) learn to compromise eventually we will be killed in order to be disarmed, hardly a peep.

Gun Owners WAKE UP! Not only are there people who want to legislate away your gun, but now the press is seemingly okay with advancing the idea that unless we compromise we will eventually be killed in order to be disarmed.

I covered this on my radio program yesterday.  I will not relent on this.  Eblen needs to make an apology and it needs to be a big one.

Where is the outrage now?!!!!!

Scotty McClellan Bashes Bush Likes Obama

What is it with these self destructive disgruntled members of the outer circle republican club? Look, not every loyal republican gets elected king of the prom and Lord knows the inner circle is tight, but has McClellan lost all sense of reason?

He complains about his former boss having an agenda for war against Iraq and at the same time wants to make nice about Obama?  Well, beam me up Scotty, but isn't it a fact that Obama has an agenda too?  And isn't his agenda designed to weaken America's security, increase the role of government and take more of what people earn to be re-distributted according to his own biases and prejudices?

It's one thing to have your husband divorce you and then to start dating again.  It's quite another to become a hooker.  Get a grip, son.

Oh Jeezel Petes, Hillary's gal Friday was raised in Saudi Arabia

In an article today outlining the romantic interest of Congressman Anthony Weiner of NY over Hillary's "body woman" Huma Abedin, it was revealed that Abedin was born in Michigan to a Pakistani mother and was raised in Saudi Arabia.

Now look, this doesn't make her a terrorist, or a bad person, or someone who can't be trusted.  But come on folks, we are in the process of electing a commander in chief who will likely inherit the war against terrorism which is being led in part by a Saudi named Bin Laden, who is hiding along the border of Pakistan.

What is it with these democrats?  Is Obama's black liberation theology background, his love of dictators and his disdain for small town Americans something Hillary has to try to match by hiring a half Pakistani Saudi raised woman to be her right hand gal?

Senator McCain and his wife the beautiful beer distributor are looking better all the time.  But then again, I'm just a "bitter clinger".

McClellan Book: The Soros Connection

Scott McClellan's book should have been titled "Sour Grapes and Wrath".  His days of infamy have just begun.  Though he is getting plenty of attention, nobody likes a guy who leaves a party and trashes the hostess's food, dress and decor.

So even though Scotty is going to get plenty of face time on television, he is nothing more than the false front for a George Soros related left wing publisher, "Public Affairs".  It is affiliated with the far left magazine "The Nation", publisher of "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" and has a roster of authors full of left wing media figures.  McClellan's publisher is also responsible for the publication of six books by "far left bank-roller George Soros".

While Scott's name appears on the cover, the founder of "Public Affairs" Peter Osnos, a former journalist with far left credentials, admits that he worked very closely and directly with the editor of the book.

So when it comes to asking questions, I've got one for Scotty.  In those moments when you were conflicted about your future and were offered a lot of money by the liberal left to help them elect a socialist to the White House this year, you could have soldiered up instead of caving in, WHAT HAPPENED?

Lexington Herald Leader Editorial Exposes Gun Bias

Taking heat for openly supporting an organization with an anti-gun agenda, Tom Eblen wrote Sunday that NRA types need to be more compromising in their pro-gun stance or risk having their guns pried from their cold dead fingers.

No kidding, right here in Kentucky, right in the heart of Ben Chandler country where Obama is Ben's friend, a writer for the L-H-L said this:

As society becomes more diverse, we must regain the lost art of compromise...If Second Amendment absolutists keep standing up and daring others to pry their guns from their "cold, dead fingers," eventually somebody's going to do it.

Now hold on their a minute pilgrim.  Hillary makes a reference to Robert Kennedy's assassination and the press goes apoplectic, but an editorial writer in Kentucky suggests that gun owners are eventually going to be killed en masse for their defense of the constitution and NOBODY says a word?

Let's fix that.  You get the tar, I'll get the feathers.

Obama's New Image: The Goof Who Would Be President

Day after day Obama is making more mistakes.  First he said there were 57 states, then he told a crowd in Sunrise Florida how happy he was to be in "Sunshine", then he said "Sioux City" in "Sioux Falls", now he sees dead people.

In a memorial day address Obama was trying to pay tribute to America's fallen heroes and in so doing said he saw some in the audience that day.  Wow!

On the heels of that comment he then gave credit to his uncle for having liberated Auschwitz, except that his mother was an only child and the Russians liberated Auschwitz.

But these little slip ups are just gaffes compared to his flip flopping on his earlier statements that he would meet with leaders of terrorist nations without preconditions, that he would meet with Hugo Chavez, then said he would isolate him, then said he might not isolate Chavez but would consider it.

As Brent Bozell said in his column today:

Imagine that John McCain named a young running mate to campaign with him, and this national rookie suggested America had 58 states, repeatedly used the wrong names for the cities he was visiting, and honored a Memorial Day crowd by acknowledging the "fallen heroes" who were present, somehow alive and standing in the audience. How long would it take for the national media to see another Dan Quayle caricature? Let’s raise the stakes. What if it was the GOP presidential candidate making these thoroughly ridiculous comments? This scenario is very real, except it isn’t McCain. It’s the other fellow.

ABC reporter Jake Tapper follows politicians around for a living. On his blog, he suggested Barack Obama has a problem: "The man has been a one-man gaffe machine."

Gaffes or not, Obama's a goof.
